12th Annual Golf Tournament to benefit CHC of Cape Cod

Community Health Center of Cape Cod’s Golf Committee is planning our 12^th Annual Golf Tournament to be held on Monday, October 1 once again at beautiful Pocasset Golf Club. We are so grateful to all those who have already signed on as tournament sponsors, registered to play, and donated. Without support from so many, we would be unable to care for thousands of our friends and neighbors in need.
  

WIN PASSES TO DEUTSCHE BANK CHAMPIONSHIP!

Between now and August 17 at Noon you may enter to win 2 free passes to the 2012 Deutsche Bank Championship in Norton, Mass. during Labor Day Weekend. See the top 100 PGA TOUR players including past Champions like... Charley Hoffman, Adam Scott, Vijay Singh, Steve Stricker, Tiger Woods, Phil Mickelson and more!

Includes all-day passes to the competition grounds for two (2) individuals Friday through Monday ($350 value). Register your Foursome or Sponsorship by noon on Friday, August 17  for Community Health Center of Cape Cod's 12th Annual Golf Tournament. All payment and registration materials must be received by the Development Office before the contest deadline. We will randomly select and announce the winner on Friday, August 17. Sponsors and Foursomes that have already registered will be eligible to win if they contact the Development Office in advance to put their names in.

A foursome is $900 and an individual golfer is $225 which includes golf carts, greens fees, boxed lunch, dinner, and cocktails.
